The Playoffs commence the week following the conclusion of
the regular season. This year the playoffs begin on Monday,
July 22, 2002.
Once again the top eight teams will be involved in the playoffs
with the first round being changed to a best of five format
and the finals to a best of seven format. The second round
remains a best of five.
The highest seeded team in each round will play the lowest
seeded team in the round. The higher seeded team(s) will be
the home team during all rounds of the playoffs. (click

For the second year, the Perky League Finals will be held
at a lighted field throughout the duration of the final playoff
series. This year the final playoff series will be held at
Ben Hostelley Field in North Wales, PA (home of the Nor-Gwyn
Packers). (click
